GARDEN GROVE, CA (February 22, 2021) – Crews sent a pedestrian to the hospital after a hit-and-run accident on Westminster Avenue on February 16.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened on Westminster Avenue at Dawson Street around 10:15 PM.
 
Based on a report, a possible gold-colored vehicle struck the victim in the lanes. Subsequently, the vehicle left the scene after the incident.
 
As a result, the victim suffered serious injuries. Medics said the patient was in critical but stable condition.
 
Officers said the vehicle may have front-end damage from the collision. However, they were unable to provide further details.
