VALENCIA, CA (May 24, 2024) – A pedestrian sustained injuries in an accident on Avenue Scott, Thursday morning.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on May 23, at about 7:55 a.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle hit the pedestrian in the 27500 block of Avenue Scott.
 
Emergency crews transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Updates on the victim’s current condition were not immediately released.
 
As per reports, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities did not release the identity of the driver.
