Parker Sullivan Hospitalized in Fatal Meadow Vista Head-On Accident

 
MEADOW VISTA, CA (March 22, 2021) — Parker Sullivan was injured in a deadly head-on accident on Placer Hills Road near Pinewood Way Friday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash occurred around 6:05 a.m. For unknown reasons, 20-year-old Parker J. Sullivan allowed his Subaru Impreza to drift from the northbound lane to the southbound lane.
 
Subsequently, his Subaru collided with a southbound Ford F-150. Due to the force, the Ford drifted off the road and overturned into an embankment. Tragically, its 59-year-old female driver died in the crash.
 
Following the collision, paramedics transported Sullivan, of Meadow Vista, to Sutter Roseville Medical Center with moderate injuries.
 
At this time, investigators do not believe DUI had played a factor in the accident. However, an ongoing investigation of this crash continues.
