Bicyclist Dies after Colliding with Vehicle at Palm Avenue and 5th Street

 
HIGHLAND, CA (May 18, 2022) – Oscar Palacios died in a bicycle accident in Highland, late Friday evening on May 13.
 
The accident happened around 11:47 p.m. at Palm Avenue and 5th Street. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Palacios was riding his bicycle when he collided with a vehicle at the intersection.
 
The impact caused Palacios severe injuries.
 
He was rushed to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he died Saturday at 9:09 a.m. He was a 34-year-old San Bernardino resident.
