LOST HILLS, CA (November 18, 2021) — One person died in a head-on accident on the 5 Freeway near Highway 46 on Wednesday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal two-vehicle crash happened around 3:20 p.m. For unknown reasons, two cars crashed in the No. 1 lane of the southbound freeway.
 
As a result of the crash, one person suffered fatal injuries and died.
