Morning Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 75 in San Diego Ends in Fatality

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 17, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 75 in San Diego on Tuesday morning, August 16.
 
The accident happened around 8:39 a.m. near 10th Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white SUV and another vehicle collided for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they found three people outside of the vehicles.
 
Paramedics provided aid to the parties involved, but at least one person died at the scene.
 
The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash and liability remain under investigation.
