Two-Vehicle Accident on Golden State Highway in Durham Ends in Fatality

 
DURHAM, CA (October 15, 2021) – At least one person died in a two-vehicle accident on Golden State Highway (99) in Durham Thursday morning.
 
The accident happened around 9:08 a.m. on October 14, near Neal Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white work van crashed into the back of a white Ford F-150 pickup truck for unknown reasons.
 
It is unknown how many people were injured, but first responders confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
At this time, CHP officials are investigating the accident to determine the exact cause and factors involved.
