Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident at Auld and Pourroy Roads in French Valley

 
FRENCH VALLEY, CA (July 10, 2022) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle accident at Auld Road and Pourroy Road in French Valley on Saturday.
 
The accident happened around 12:42 p.m. on July 9. According to the CHP, a Jeep and a sedan collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. The impact caused one of them to roll over several times before landing back on its wheels.
 
An occupant was tossed onto the roadway and suffered catastrophic injuries.
 
Riverside County Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced that patient dead at the scene.
 
Another person suffered injuries from the crash.
 
CHP officers and sheriff’s deputies partially closed the intersection while a preliminary investigation was conducted and the wreckage was cleared.
