Early Morning Two-Vehicle Accident on 15 Freeway in San Bernardino County Turns Deadly

 
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (July 27, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle accident on 15 Freeway in San Bernardino County early Sunday morning.
 
The accident happened around 3:57 a.m. on July 25, just south of Oak Hill Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver 2007 BMW sedan and a gray Toyota sedan collided for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they located both cars on the right shoulder. A large amount of debris was scattered in the roadway. They also found one person lying on the ground, unknown if ejected during the crash.
 
Paramedics performed life-saving aid, but that person did not survive. The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
 
Meanwhile, the other occupants were taken to Desert Valley Hospital for their injuries.
 
At this time, it is unclear if speed, drugs or alcohol factored the crash. Further investigation is underway.
