Car Rolls Over on Alta Vista Drive in Bakersfield Leaving One Person Dead

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 6, 2023) – One person died in a rollover accident on Alta Vista Drive in Bakersfield Saturday morning on February 4.
 
According to the Bakersfield Fire Department, a gray vehicle carrying three people had rolled over and crashed into a house in the 2200 block of Alta Vista Drive around 7:21 a.m.
 
When firefighters arrived, they found one person dead at the scene. The two other occupants were injured, one with major injuries.
 
Paramedics took the injured patients to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
The overturned vehicle blocked all northbound and southbound lanes on Alta Vista Drive between Goodman and Irene roads.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
