Fatal Rollover Accident on 57 Freeway in Fullerton

 
FULLERTON, CA (October 26, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a rollover accident on Orange Freeway (57) in Fullerton Sunday evening.
 
The fatal accident happened around 8:50 p.m. on October 24 along the southbound freeway. According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle came off the freeway, rolled down an embankment and hit some trees.
 
Some people were trapped in the car, the CHP reported.
 
First responders provided life-saving measures, but at least one patient died at the scene.
 
The gender and age of the victim were unclear. Authorities also withheld the victim’s identity pending family notification.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
