Rider Dies after Colliding with SUV on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway in San Mateo County
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA (March 29, 2022) – One person died in a motorcycle accident on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway in unincorporated San Mateo County on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. on March 26 at Radio Road, midway between Daly City and Brisbane. According to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department, the victim was riding the motorcycle when they collided with a blue Chevrolet Tahoe.
As a result, the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
All lanes of Guadalupe Canyon Parkway were closed for several hours following the crash.
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available. Further investigation is underway.
