Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Vehicle near Bancroft Drive in La Presa

 
LA PRESA, CA (May 16, 2022) – One person died in a motorcycle accident near Bancroft Drive in La Presa on Friday night, May 13.
 
The accident happened around 6:40 p.m. near Avocado Street and Tyler Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle collided with the motorcycle in unclear circumstances.
 
Officers arrived and pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
 
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the victim’s identity once family members are properly notified.
 
At this time, the circumstances of this fatal crash remain under investigation.
