Fatal Early Morning Crash on 210 Freeway in Duarte Involves Motorcycle

 
DUARTE, CA (April 16, 2023) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on 210 Freeway in Duarte early Saturday morning on April 15.
 
The fatal accident happened around 1:53 a.m. at Buena Vista Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to the westbound freeway and found the victim suffering from fatal injuries.
 
The victim, whose age and gender were withheld, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
It was not immediately known if the motorcyclist was the victim.
 
Crews closed the westbound freeway until around 6 a.m. while they cleared the wreckage.
 
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
