Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Vehicle on 15 Freeway in Cajon Pass

 
CAJON PASS, CA (June 27, 2022) – One person died in a motorcycle accident on 15 Freeway in the Cajon Pass on Saturday morning, June 25.
 
The accident happened around 8:48 a.m. near Kenwood Avenue just north of the Blue Cut. According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was traveling recklessly when it collided with a white vehicle.
 
The impact ejected the rider in traffic lanes.
 
Emergency personnel responded and pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
 
After the crash, the CHP closed all freeway lanes near the crash site while they worked on the accident.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. An investigation is ongoing.
