Early Morning Head-On Accident on Highway 25 in Hollister Ends in Fatality

 
HOLLISTER, CA (November 2, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a head-on accident on Highway 25 in Hollister early Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 4:04 a.m. on November 2, at the intersection with Wright Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reason.
 
As a result, at least one person suffered major injuries. Responding paramedics provided life-saving measures, but the patient died at the scene.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
It is unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
This fatal accident is still under investigation.
