LA CRESCENTA-MONTROSE, CA (May 20, 2022) — One person died following a car crash on Janet Lee Drive on Thursday, May 19.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened shortly after 2:05 p.m. Thursday. A gray Kia collided into the home at 2417 Janet Lee Drive, near Two Strike Park.
 
The CHP reports said an occupant of the Kia died due to the crash. However, the Los Angeles County Fire Department could not immediately release further details on the patient.
 
Officials have not shared the specific events that led to the incident.
 
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
