Fatal Kern County Car Crash at Phillips Road and Neuralia Road

 
KERN COUNTY, CA (September 26, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a car accident at Phillips Road and Neuralia Road in Kern County late Wednesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 11:22 p.m. on September 21. According to the Kern County Fire Department, crews responded to a report of a traffic collision involving an unknown number of vehicles.
 
Upon arrival, crews found a total of four women trapped in the wreckage.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, at least one person died at the scene. The Kern County Coroner’s Office withheld the identity of the victim at this time.
 
It is unclear if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The circumstances of this fatal crash remain under investigation.
