One Killed in Big Rig Accident at East Mariposa Road and Kaiser Road [Stockton, CA]

Pickup Truck and Big Rig Collide on East Mariposa Road in Stockton Killing At Least One

 
STOCKTON, CA (November 30, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a big rig accident at East Mariposa Road and Kaiser Road early Monday morning.
 
The accident happened around 2:01 a.m. on November 28. According to the California Highway Patrol, a green pickup truck pulling a boat on its trailer turned in front of the big rig and crashed into it.
 
When officers arrived, they confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the crash.
 
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office withheld the victim’s identity pending notification of next of kin.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
