Ashley Nauta Arrested after Fatal DUI Accident on Harding Way [Stockton, CA]

DUI Crash at Harding Way and Pershing Avenue Kills 1, Ashley Nauta Arrested

 
STOCKTON, CA (June 1, 2021) – One person died and Ashley Nauta was arrested after a DUI crash in Stockton late Sunday evening, May 30
 
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. at Harding Way and Pershing Avenue in the Civic District. According to Stockton police, two vehicles collided at the intersection. As a result, of the drivers suffered severe injuries.
 
Paramedics rushed the badly injured driver to a hospital, where he later died. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
Nauta, a 29-year-old woman, was unharmed. Police arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence.
 
At this time, the Stockton Police Department is investigating the incident.
