Pedestrian Suffers Injuries after Hit by Vehicle on Planz Road in Bakersfield

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 29, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on Planz Road in Bakersfield Saturday night.
 
The accident happened around 6:15 p.m. on November 27, near South P Street and South Highway School. According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle struck at least one pedestrian who was either walking or standing in the area.
 
When officers arrived, they located the victim suffering from minor to moderate injuries. Paramedics then transported the patient to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
It was not immediately clear if anyone one else was injured. No other details were available at this time.
