Motorcyclist Sustains Injuries after Crashing into Car on 15 Freeway in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 5, 2022) – One person was injured in a motorcycle accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville on Friday night, July 1.
 
The accident happened around 6:00 p.m. along the northbound lanes of the freeway just south of the Roy Rogers Drive overpass. According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcycle rider struck the back of a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
 
Emergency personnel responded and transported the rider to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
The accident prompted northbound traffic to back up for a couple of miles.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still investigating the cause of the crash and factors involved.
