According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Chestnut Street at approximately 2:07 PM.
 
Based on reports, the white vehicle was heading east on 9th. At the same time, a blue vehicle was heading south on Chestnut. Due to unknown reasons, both vehicles collided. Subsequently, the crash opened the door and ejected the driver of the white vehicle.
