At Least One Injured in Rollover Crash on 80 Freeway near Richmond Parkway

 
SAN PABLO, CA (August 17, 2021) — One person suffered injuries following a rollover accident on 80 Freeway on Wednesday, August 11.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred near the San Pablo Dam Road exit on the westbound 80 Freeway.
 
CHP reported that at least one person suffered injuries in the crash.
 
Officials issued a severe traffic alert at around 10:46 a.m. and added traffic had been heavy at Richmond Parkway after the incident.
 
Shortly after 11 a.m., crews cleared all the debris from the area. However, the traffic problems ensued after a big rig stalled in the same area half an hour later.
 
Officials advised drivers to expect continued delays in the vicinity.
