Rollover Accident on 605 Freeway in Whittier Sends 1 to Hospital

 
WHITTIER, CA (June 1, 2021) – One person was taken to a hospital after a rollover accident on 605 Freeway in West Whittier late Sunday evening, May 30.
 
The accident happened around 10:37 p.m. at the Washington Boulevard on-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, at least two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. One vehicle, a gray sedan, overturned from the impact.
 
Paramedics immediately responded and took one patient to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still trying to determine if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident. Further investigation is underway.
