SACRAMENTO, CA (July 21, 2021) – Police confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 12th Street on July 16.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at B Street shortly after 7:00 AM.
 
Based on reports, the victim was on the road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, an unidentified vehicle struck the victim. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available.
 
As a result, the male victim sustained severe injuries in the incident. Officials did not yet release the fatality’s identity pending kin notification.
 
At this point, the Sacramento Police Department is still investigating this pedestrian accident on 12th Street. In addition, officers did not release additional information.
