One Killed in Traffic Crash on Lakeview Avenue and Ramona Expressway

 
NUEVO, CA (July 12, 2022) — A person died in a traffic accident on Lakeview Avenue in Riverside on Monday, July 11.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, they received reports of the crash at Ramona Expressway and Lakeview Avenue at around 8:17 p.m.
 
When officers arrived at the area, they discovered the victim lying in the middle lanes of the expressway. After that, they confirmed the victim died in the incident.
 
Officials have not released the identity of the deceased victim or the description of the victim’s vehicle.
 
Authorities are still determining if alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash.
