One Killed in San Jose Motorcycle Crash on 7th Street

 
SAN JOSE, CA (September 14, 2021) — One person died in a motorcycle accident on 7th Street near Alma Avenue Friday morning.
 
According to police, the fatal crash happened around 8:29 a.m. At an unknown speed, a man riding a motorcycle southbound on 7th Street struck a 2017 blue Ford truck. Per reports, the driver in the Ford has just left the west shoulder and crossed into the pathway of the oncoming motorcyclist.
 
As a result, the rider collided with the truck and sustained major injuries. Soon after, paramedics responded and brought him to a hospital where he died.
