Two-Vehicle Accident on Van Buren Boulevard in Woodcrest Leaves 1 Driver with Critical Injuries

 
WOODCREST, CA (March 29, 2022) – One driver suffered critical injuries in a two-vehicle rollover at Van Buren Boulevard and Canyon View Drive on Friday evening.
 
The accident happened around 9:22 p.m. on March 25. The CHP said a pickup truck and a passenger sedan collided for unknown reasons. The impact left the pickup truck wrapped around a traffic signal pole.
 
When officials arrived, they found good Samaritans providing aid to the injured patients.
 
Cal Fire performed a cut and rescue operation to free the driver of the pickup truck who was trapped inside in the wreckage.
 
After an extensive extrication, paramedics rushed the driver to Riverside University Health System Trauma Center in Moreno Valley in critical condition.
 
At this time, the CHP is still investigating the accident.
