VICTORVILLE, CA (April 6, 2021) – Emergency crews airlifted one person following a rollover accident on Amargosa Road on April 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at La Mesa Road around 2:23 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim’s Honda Civic was traveling north on Amargosa when it left the roadway. Subsequently, it rolled down a slope bordering 15 Freeway and came to a stop on its roof. Consequently, the crash ejected the driver from the vehicle as it overturned.
 
As a result, the victim sustained injuries in the incident. Victorville City Firefighters requested a helicopter and airlifted the victim to a trauma center.
