Head-On Crash on South Maple Avenue in South San Francisco Kills Man and Seriously Injures Two
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 23, 2021) – A man was killed in a head-on crash in South San Francisco Tuesday afternoon, April 20.
The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office identified him as 25-year-old Obed Orellena of San Francisco.
Officers responded and found Orellena dead at the scene. Two other people suffered major injuries but are expected to survive.
No other details about the crash were immediately released. Police asked anyone with further information to call Motor Officer Jesse Ledesma at (650) 877-8900.
