Coroner IDs Nando Luis Condor in Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Kern County

 
KERN COUNTY, CA (September 2, 2022) – The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified Nando Luis Condor as the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash on DiGiorgio Road on September 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Edison Road around 1:30 AM.
 
Based on reports, the victim’s motorcycle collided with a 2003 Lincoln. Prior to that, a 33-year-old Lamont driver of the Lincoln was westbound on DiGiorgio at an unknown speed. At the same time, Condor was riding a 2005 Kawasaki in the westbound lane.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the car struck the left rear side of the Kawasaki. Subsequently, the force ejected Condor and the Kawasaki overturned multiple times.
 
Kern County Fire Department personnel found Condor along the north shoulder of DiGiorgio Road unresponsive. As a result, the man died at the scene. Officials identified him as Nando Luis Alvarez Condor, 25, of Bakersfield.
 
Department officials said drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
