Hit-and-Run Crash on 580 Freeway in Alameda County Injures Motorcycle Rider

 
ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA (November 8, 2021) – A motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash on 580 Freeway in Alameda County on Friday morning.
 
The accident happened around 6:29 a.m. on November 5 at Grant Line Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a dark SUV, a light blue or gray sedan and the motorcyclist collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
 
As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist complained of pain to their right leg. Paramedics treated the patient at the scene.
 
One of the drivers stayed and cooperated with authorities. But the other driver did not stop to render aid.
