UPDATE: Motorcyclist David Zeitulaev Dies in Accident on Bradshaw Road [Sacramento, CA]

Teen Motorcyclist David Zeitulaev Killed in Sacramento Car Accident

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (May 3, 2021) – Police confirmed that one person died in a multi-vehicle accident on Bradshaw Road on April 22.
 
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the motorcyclist as 17-year-old David Zeitulaev. CHP had previously said he was from Elk Grove.
 
California Highway Patrol said, around 2:30 p.m. that day, motorcyclist Zeitulaev traveled northbound on Bradshaw Road. It appears he was going at a high rate of speed before crashing into a car that made a left turn towards a property north of Jackson Road.
 
Officers said the impact ejected Zeitulaev and sent the other vehicle spinning clockwise. After that, another vehicle that was driving behind the first vehicle hit him.
 
Zeitulaev later died from his injuries.
 
Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash. However, an investigation is ongoing.
