Miguel Dominguez, Cassandra Rolicheck Killed, Keilah Coyle Detained in DUI Crash on Highway 29 near Middletown

 
NOVATO, CA (March 19, 2021) — Miguel Maciel Dominguez and Cassandra Elaine Rolichecka died in a DUI accident on Highway 29 near Middletown Saturday night.
 
According to authorities, the fatal crash happened around 11:00 p.m. For suspected DUI-related reasons, Keilah Marie Coyle allowed her Ford F-250 to drift from the southbound lane to the northbound lane. There, her truck struck a GMC van heading northbound.
 
As a result of the accident, 47-year-old Dominguez and 53-year-old Rolicheck died in the crash. Meanwhile, 21-year-old Coyle suffered minor injuries before police officers arrested her for DUI.
