ROSEMONT, CA (April 11, 2022) — A man died in a motorcycle accident on Manlove Road at Watt Avenue on Friday morning.
 
The victim’s name was released Saturday by the Sacramento County Coroner, identifying him as 58-year-old Michael Robert Weddle of Cool.
 
According to reports, the deadly motorcycle collision happened Friday morning. Under unclear circumstances, a motorcycle and a truck collided at the intersection.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries. Soon after, California Highway Patrol and Metro Fire responded to the scene, but Weddle succumbed to his injuries.
