MISSION VIEJO, CA (February 9, 2021) — Michael Garcia was killed in a pedestrian accident on Oso Parkway near the 5 Freeway on February 2.
 
According to reports, an unidentified driver struck 38-year-old Garcia on Oso Parkway around 8:00 p.m. As a result of the accident, the Mission Viejo man suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.
 
However, reports offered no information on the driver involved. In addition, it is unclear if the driver stayed at the scene.
