Mercedes Mingo Shot Dead Before Crashing Vehicle off 710 Freeway near Anaheim Street

 
LONG BEACH, CA (June 30, 2022) — Mercedes Mingo was shot and killed before crashing her car off the 710 Freeway near Anaheim Street on Tuesday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on the freeway’s southbound lanes. Under unclear circumstances, 35-year-old Mingo reportedly suffered gunshot wounds.
 
At some point during the entire incident, she lost control of her BMW SUV, which officers found at a 7-Eleven parking lot after her car drove off the 710 Freeway.
 
Responding officers also found two bullet holes on the door and the Los Angeles woman with fatal injuries at the scene.
