Marin McElhany Detained in DUI Crash on Highway 221 near Anderson Road

 
NAPA, CA (June 18, 2021) — Marin McElhany was arrested in a DUI accident on Highway 221 near Anderson Road Monday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the DUI crash happened around 6:57 p.m. on the northbound highway. For DUI reasons, Marin Ardis McElhany struck a diagonal guidewire along the highway.
 
Soon after, patrol officers responded and learned that the 42-year-old woman reeked of alcohol. Soon after, police booked her into Napa County jail on suspicion of DUI and felony child endangerment.
 
Fortunately, the 3-year-old girl riding in her Ford F-250 truck walked out of the crash uninjured.
