Marco Fonseca Detained in DUI Accident at Day Street and Cottonwood Avenue

 
MORENO VALLEY, CA (January 26, 2021) — Marco Fonseca was arrested in a DUI accident at Day Street and Cottonwood Avenue on January 19.
 
According to reports, police arrested Fonseca for felony DUI charges, booking him into the Robert Presley Detention Center. It appears the 21-year-old showed signs of impairment following the two-car crash.
 
Around 7:00 p.m. last Tuesday, a southbound Nissan traveling at a high rate of speed entered the intersection against a red traffic light. Consequently, the Nissan broadsided a westbound BMW at Day Street and Cottonwood Avenue. Due to the impact, the front-seat BMW passenger ejected and suffered major injuries. The driver suffered moderate injuries.
