Man Severely Hurt in Pomona Bicycle Crash near Fairplex Drive

 
POMONA, CA (June 7, 2021) — A man was injured in a bicycle accident near Fairplex Drive and Arroyo Avenue Sunday.
 
According to the Pomona Police, the major injury crash occurred around 9:31 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in an unknown model struck the bicyclist. Shortly after, paramedics arrived and found the severely injured cyclist on the ground and transported him to a hospital. Meanwhile, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police who later ruled out impairment as a possible source of the accident.
