ANAHEIM, CA (February 15, 2021) – A man died in a pedestrian accident on westbound 91 Freeway on February 12.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened on the on-ramp near Lakeview Avenue at approximately 4:52 AM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was walking east on Lakeview Avenue at the time of the crash. At the same time, a 67-year-old Anaheim woman was driving a 2014 Infiniti Q60 southbound on the same road. She was turning onto the on-ramp when she struck him.
 
As a result, crews pronounced the man dead at the scene. They did not release his identity pending kin notification.
