LEMOORE, CA (February 3, 2021) – A man died in a pedestrian accident on 18th Avenue on January 20.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened between Idaho Avenue and Jackson Avenue at about 9:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, the man was walking in the roadway on 18th Avenue at the time of the crash. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle struck him. First responders said the man was wearing dark clothing at that time.
 
As a result, the pedestrian died in the incident. Emergency crews transported him to the hospital. However, he succumbed to his injuries. Officials only identified him as a 38-year-old man.
