Motorcycle Crash Kills One on Avenue 280 in Farmersville

 
FARMERSVILLE, CA (May 23, 2021) – Police confirmed that a man died in a motorcycle crash on Avenue 280 on May 20.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Road 176 at approximately 9:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was riding his 2005 Harley Davidson at the time of the crash. Prior to that, an unidentified man was driving an Econoline van and was stopped at the intersection waiting to make a turn. Due to unknown reasons, the victim hit the right rear of the van.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist died in the incident. Officials only identified him as a Farmersville resident.
 
At this point, it is still unclear if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the case. In addition, an investigation into this motorcycle crash on Avenue 280 is ongoing.
