Motorcyclist Dies after Crash with Two Other Cars on 710 Freeway in Bell

 
BELL, CA (February 22, 2022) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on 710 Freeway in Bell on Saturday afternoon.
 
The fatal accident happened around 2:11 p.m. on February 19, just north of Florence Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, a Gray Honda CRV and a white Honda Civic collided along the southbound freeway for unknown reasons. The crash also involved a motorcycle rider.
 
When officers arrived, they found the rider down on the freeway, possibly stuck under one of the cars.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, the rider died at the scene. He was not yet identified.
 
The CHP issued a SigAlert in the area, shutting down the southbound lanes of the freeway while they investigated the crash. The SigAlert was canceled roughly around 5:00 p.m.
