Man Dies in Sacramento Hit-and-Run Crash on La Mancha Way

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (August 23, 2022) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on La Mancha Way in Sacramento on Saturday shortly after midnight.
 
The fatal crash happened at the intersection with Elder Court. According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded to the site and found the man lying down in the street with major injuries, appearing to be caused by a traffic collision.
 
Firefighter paramedics rushed the man to a local hospital, where the victim later died.
 
The involved driver was not found.
