Car Crashes into Parked Vehicle in Fatal Accident on Broadway in El Cajon

 
EL CAJON, CA (July 25, 2022) – Police confirmed that a man died in a car accident involving a parked vehicle the 900 block of Broadway on July 23.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened a little before 7:23 PM.
 
Based on a report, a black 2012 Toyota Prius was traveling westbound on Broadway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, it crashed into the back of the SUV on the north curb of the street. As of now, officers have not yet released the details that led to the crash.
 
As a result, officials said a 38-year-old man suffered serious injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported the victim to Scripps Mercy Hospital, where he died. His identity was not immediately available.
