Man Dies in Orinda Car Accident on Highway 24
ORINDA, CA (March 12, 2021) — A man died in a car accident on Highway 24 near Wilder Road Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal incident happened around 4:54 a.m.
For unknown reasons, a driver in a Ford Ranger drove off Highway 24. Subsequently, the pickup truck overturned on its roof and struck a metal light pole.
Following the accident, paramedics arrived to learn that the 60-year-old Brentwood man had died at the scene.
