37-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Car while Riding His Bike on 110 Freeway in Highland Park Area
HIGHLAND PARK, CA (February 20, 2022) – A 37-year-old man was killed in a bicycle accident on 110 Freeway in Highland Park on Thursday.
The accident happened shortly after midnight on February 17, at South Avenue 60. According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was riding his bicycle when a Toyota Camry struck him.
As a result, the man suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was not yet identified.
Meanwhile, the involved driver stayed on scene and cooperated with authorities.
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
