Man Hurt in San Diego Pedestrian Crash on Market Street

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 12, 2021) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Market Street near 15th Street Saturday night.
 
According to police officers, the incident happened around 8:00 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver struck a pedestrian who had purportedly left the north curb lane and began walking across Market Street.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded and transported the pedestrian to a hospital with serious head injuries. Meanwhile, the 66-year-old driver of the 2003 Ford F-250 stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
